LONDON – UK fashion retailer Next is cutting sick pay for unvaccinated workers who are required to isolate after being exposed to the Covid-19 virus. The contentious move is, the company argues, designed to protect the needs of staff and shareholders. Like many UK businesses, Next is said to be experiencing higher than expected absences for the current time of year.
