Garment workers left out of fashion’s climate plans

AMSTERDAM – A new report by the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre found that garment workers are largely excluded from fashion brands’. The report, titled The Missing Thread: Workers Absent from Fashion Companies’ Climate Plans, reviewed the environmental and social policies of the world’s 65 largest fashion companies and drew on interviews with workers and trade unions in Bangladesh and Cambodia.
