LONDON – Boohoo is facing a further £10m in legal claims from investors who allege the fast-fashion group failed to disclose problems in its Leicester supply chain before damaging reports emerged in 2020.
11 additional institutional investors have joined the High Court action, taking the total compensation being sought to £245m. The new claimants reportedly include the Bank of Korea and Stichting Shell Pensioenfonds, the Netherlands-based pension fund for Shell employees.
