BONN – Germany’s textile recycling system is facing collapse without urgent intervention, according to a warning from the bvse Textile Recycling Association (FTR). In a position paper submitted to the Federal Ministry for the Environment and the Bundestag’s Environment Committee, the association outlines the critical state of the sector and calls for immediate financial and legislative support.
