£15 jeans beat £150 rivals in durability tests

DUBLIN – In a new study, budget clothing was found to outperform pricier options, challenging the assumption that higher cost means better quality.

The University of Leeds, partnering with retailer Primark, tested various garments, including jeans and T-shirts, to establish durability standards.
