BRUSSELS – A European consortium has turned 24 tonnes of post-consumer textiles into almost 50,000 new garments for Dutch value retailer Zeeman. Each has 70 per cent recycled content, in a project designed to test whether high quality recycled fibres can be delivered at scale inside Europe.
