COPENHAGEN – Sustainable efforts in the global fashion industry are stalling according to the latest ‘Pulse’ report published by Global Fashion Agenda. The reports claims the average Pulse Score increased by 4 points from last year, compared to 6 points in 2018. “This means that measurable progress decreased by one third,” claims the report, a surprising finding given that many observers – this one included – believe sustainability efforts by brands have accelerated markedly in the past 18 months.
