GREENSBORO – VF Corp has agreed to sell Dickies to brand manager Bluestar Alliance in a US$600m all-cash deal. The move is the latest step in the US group’s portfolio reset under CEO Bracken Darrell. The transaction is slated to close by the end of calendar 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. VF said proceeds will help reduce net debt.
