ST LOUIS – The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission says it is investigating allegations that Nike’s DEI programmes “discriminated against white workers.”
In a 4 February 2026 statement, the EEOC said it is looking at what it described as systemic allegations of “DEI related intentional race discrimination.”
