DUBLIN – The parent company of rapidly growing Chinese fast fashion brand Temu has relocated its headquarters from Shanghai to Dublin. PDD Holdings filed the change with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The business said its “principal executive offices” are now located in Dublin, Ireland.
