BEIJING – Shein, a global online fashion retailer, expanded its use of unused surplus fabric from other brands and manufacturers in 2024. The company reported using more than 28,000 metres of these deadstock fabrics across its collections, representing an increase of over 40 per cent compared to the 19,000 metres used in the previous year.
