BEIJING – Shein has used new customer survey data to claim “circular fashion” habits are already common among its shoppers. The online retailer said repeat wear, repair and passing garments on to others are already part of everyday behaviour for many of its consumers. The findings come from Shein’s 2025 Global Circularity Study, based on responses from 15,461 Shein customers aged 18 to 44 across 21 markets.
