BEIJING – Chinese fashion giant Shein is reportedly acquiring US apparel brand Everlane in a deal valuing the business at around US$100m.
The transaction was first reported by Puck News and has since been picked up by Reuters, Yahoo Finance and other trade media. Reuters said it could not independently verify the report and said Shein, Everlane and L Catterton did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
