LONDON – In a study conducted an Indonesia, researchers conducted a life cycle assessment (LCA) on Mylea, a mycelium-based leather derived from the vegetative parts of fungi, specifically fungal mycelium. The research aimed to assess the production process of mycelium-based leather in Indonesia, focusing on its environmental impact through an LCA.
