AMSTERDAM – A new report from the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre (BHRRC) has highlighted serious human rights abuses taking place against garment workers under Myanmar’s dictatorship. Since the illegal military takeover in Myanmar two years ago, the Centre has identified 212 cases of labour and human rights violations perpetrated against more than 108,000 garment workers in Myanmar.
