    LONDON – A recent peer-reviewed study offers significant insights into the environmental benefits of the mechanical recycling of post-consumer denim waste into new textile products. Through a robust Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), the research, published in the Journal of Cleaner Production, demonstrates that recycled denim yarns can rival virgin cotton yarns in quality, while substantially reducing environmental impact.
