LONDON – US clothing holding company, PVH, which owns Tommy Hilfiger, and French luxury group Kering have both been extremely vocal on the Black Lives Matter movement in the past few weeks. However, both are stonewalling questions on the issue of the total lack of black representation on their respective boards of directors. Adidas, which has no black representation on its 16-strong board, has refused to comment on this issue – despite extensive virtue signalling on the race issue in the past week.
