LONDON – High profile ethical fashion brand People Tree is in the process of putting its UK business into liquidation after accruing debts of more than £8.5m. This includes money owed to suppliers, customers and most of its British workforce. The news comes weeks after 12 staff members were made redundant at People Tree’s London office, which employs around 15 people.
