SAN FRANCISCO – Patagonia, the US outdoor apparel brand, has filed a lawsuit accusing several companies of orchestrating an import scheme to distribute and sell fake Patagonia products.
The lawsuit names two California companies, Eastern Express LLC and Eastern Logistic Company, along with their registered agent Guangyong Zhu, and a Chinese company, Zhejiang Jiyue Import & Export Co. Ltd., as defendants.
