    NGO files complaint over Lululemon greenwashing

    VANCOUVER – North American fashion brand Lululemon has been accused of greenwashing in a complaint submitted to the Canada’s Competition Bureau. The complaint claims Lululemon’s ‘Be Planet’ marketing strategy, in which it promotes itself as an environmentally positive company, is misleading.

    In contrast to the company’s slogan, US environmental activist group Stand.earth says Lululemon’s Impact Report shows supply chain CO2 emissions at the company continue to rise.
