BERLIN – Closed Loop Fashion, in partnership with the German Development Agency (GIZ) and sportswear giant Decathlon, has launched a major recycling project for Morocco’s textile sector. The initiative targets the recycling of polyester waste, a major contributor to the nation’s annual 83,200 tonnes of textile waste, to produce recycled polyester products.
