CALIFORNIA – Luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton is facing a lawsuit accusing the brand of “invidious race-based discrimination.” Filed in a federal court in California, the lawsuit claims Louis Vuitton blacklisted and wrongfully denied services to customers based on their race. Plaintiffs Tracy Reneé Williams, her daughter Brandi Williams, and their friend Kristopher Enoch allege the brand falsely labelled them as drug dealers and denied them access to stores where they had previously been regular, high-spending customers.
