NYMÖLLA – Lenzing is to take a controlling majority in Swedish innovation firm TreeToTextile, as it aims to industrialise a next-gen wood-based fibre platform.
The group said it will increase its stake via the issuance of new shares, moving from minority investor to majority owner.
