PARIS – Luxury apparel group Kering is to conduct a survey of 3,000 consumers across six countries in a bid to understand the environmental impacts of product use and disposal. Consumers will be quizzed on issues such as frequency of use, whether products were washed at home or dry cleaned, frequency of ironing or steaming, product repair or second life. The company said its eventual findings will be shared with the broader apparel industry.
