HONG KONG – Chinese fast-fashion retailer Shein is being sued by Swedish brand H&M for copyright infringement. Zoetop Business Co., a Hong Kong-based entity which previously owned Shein, is among the defendants along with Shein Group Ltd., according to a writ of summons issued in July 2021 and now obtained by Bloomberg News.
