H&M reports higher Scope 3 emissions despite lower sales

STOCKHOLM – H&M Group has reported a year-on-year increase in its Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions for the 2024 financial year, rising by 4 per cent compared to 2023. The increase comes despite a slight drop in overall sales and an increased share of recycled and “more sustainable” materials in its product assortment.
