LONDON – New research found around half of 47,522 H&M and Uniqlo product variants contained features that could pose problems for automated textile sorting systems.
The study focused on previous research which examined how garment construction, including linings, trims, coatings and hardware, could complicate fibre-to-fibre recycling.
