TALLAHASSEE – Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier, in collaboration with America First Legal (AFL), has filed a class-action lawsuit against Target Corporation. The lawsuit alleges the retail giant misled and defrauded investors by failing to disclose the financial risks associated with its LGBTQ-related marketing initiatives.
