MILAN – Italian luxury brand Loro Piana, known for its high-end cashmere garments and owned by LVMH, has been placed under judicial administration for one year following a labour abuse case in its Italian supply chain.
The move, ordered by the Court of Milan, makes Loro Piana the fifth luxury company in Italy to face court oversight due to subcontracting practices involving worker exploitation.
