SEATTLE – Hagens Berman, a leading consumer rights law firm, has filed a class-action lawsuit against W.L. Gore & Associates, the manufacturer of the popular outdoor brand Gore-Tex. The lawsuit alleges that the company knowingly uses and sells products containing environmentally harmful perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), commonly referred to as ‘forever chemicals’.
