QUEENSLAND – Australian recycling technology company, BlockTexx, has announced the closure of an AUD$7m Series B funding round to scale its textile resource recovery solution. The fresh capital comes from existing seed investors Mike and Sue Gregg, along with Artesian and Fashion for Good. It will be used to scale and expand BlockTexx’s textile recovery facility in Loganholme, Queensland from current stage 1 capacity of 4,000 tonnes per annum (tpa) to stage 2 of 10,000tpa.
