LONDON – Global returns for Black Friday weekend rose by 60 per cent from the same period in 2021, new data shows. Padded coats and leggings were among the most returned items. Return rates varied by country, with UK returns for Black Friday up 8 per cent year on year while Germany had one of the biggest return weekends in Europe, with 88 per cent more returns flowing back to retailers over the weekend compared to 2021.
