Oxfam Australia report charts living wage progress

MELBOURNE – Oxfam Australia has released its 2021 ‘Naughty or Nice’ list in which it argues that some of the country’s biggest brands – including Peter Alexander, Myer, Lorna Jane, Just Jeans and Jay Jays – are failing to be open about the wages paid to the workers who make their clothes. Inditex-owned Zara, one of the world’s biggest fashion companies, also scored poorly on details published about the suppliers who make its clothes while its arch-rival, H&M, ranked near the top of the list.
