COPENHAGEN – Major fashion brands such as H&M and Bestseller have no place in supporting Global Fashion Agenda “while the workers in their supply chains are starving,” claims the Clean Clothes Campaign. GFA is running an online version of its annual Copenhagen Fashion Summit this week, focused on “redesigning value.”

Yet in a stinging rebuke, Clean Clothes has claimed the people who are bearing the economic brunt of the coronavirus pandemic – garment workers – are completely ignored during this week’s summit. [Editor’s note: they are actually ignored every year – the summit is a PR event for brands, no more].
