MEMPHIS – The U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol has launched a new Physical Assurance Program using forensic testing to verify the origin of US cotton.
The programme, developed following a pilot with origin verification specialist Oritain, will use forensic isotopic analysis to provide an additional layer of assurance for cotton moving through supply chains.
