Textiles Recycling Expo programme goes live

BRUSSELS – The full conference programme for Textiles Recycling Expo 2026, which takes place in Brussels, has been published. Organisers are promising a high-level agenda focused on textile recycling, circularity and the policy changes reshaping the sector.

The programme can be viewed here: https://events.amiplastics.com/textiles-recycling-expo/conference/programme

The event takes place on 24 and 25 June at Brussels Expo in Belgium and is being developed in collaboration with structural partner ReHubs.

According to organisers, the two-day programme will bring together policymakers, brands, recyclers, technology providers and other textile value chain stakeholders.

Sessions will cover policy and legislation in Europe, the economics of textile-to-textile recycling, collection and sorting infrastructure, feedstock challenges and global material flows.

The agenda will also examine design for circularity, including fibre selection, product passports and recyclability, alongside technology developments such as AI-driven sorting and advanced recycling processes.

New for 2026 is a dedicated focus on uniforms, workwear and PPE. Organisers suggest this segment remains underrepresented in circularity discussions, despite its importance for collection, durability, specification and end-of-life management.

The programme will include keynote presentations, panel discussions and technology showcases aimed at providing both strategic context and practical guidance for companies working across textile recycling and circularity.

The event comes as Europe’s textile recycling sector faces growing pressure from regulation, separate collection requirements, infrastructure gaps and the need to scale commercially viable textile-to-textile recycling.

Registration for Textiles Recycling Expo 2026 is free. The full agenda is available via the event website.
