Bangladesh garment prices fall by 3.8 per cent

DHAKA – Bangladesh garment suppliers saw average unit prices fall 3.8 per cent in Europe in 2025 despite higher export volumes.

Eurostat data shows total European Union apparel imports increased 2.1 per cent to €90b last year. That rise was driven by a 13.7 per cent increase in volume, while average unit prices across suppliers fell 10.2 per cent, suggesting buyers sourced more units at lower prices.
