C&A puffers contain excess PFAS, Greenpeace claims

VIENNA – Greenpeace Austria has accused C&A of selling ‘Iconic Puffer’ jackets containing PFAS, after laboratory tests found the chemicals in nine of 11 products sampled, including a children’s style. The NGO said three of the jackets exceeded current EU limits for certain long chain PFAS related substances and therefore should not be sold in the bloc.
