LIVERPOOL – Very, the UK-based retailer which is operated by The Very Group, has launched a new own brand collection featuring more than 700 fashion and homeware products. The company’s ‘Everyday’ collection includes women’s, men’s, and kids’ fashion as well as homeware such as furniture, lighting, and bedding. The collection arrives amid a cost of living crisis in the UK and much of Europe, with energy prices soaring and inflation forecast to hit 18 per cent by the close of the year.
As such, the company said that Everyday products will cost, on average across the collection, 20 per cent less than the retailer’s existing V by Very own brand range and around 85 per cent of items are available for £30 or less.
The Everyday collection was designed by Very’s in-house team and, according to the business, “aims to offer great quality, affordable essentials” and the clothes within the range “have been designed as versatile wardrobe staples to create the building blocks of stylish outfits that can be worn for many seasons”.
Items in the Everyday collection include printed dresses from £18, faux leather biker jackets from £45 and low cost school uniform items.
The Very Group retail managing director Robbie Feather said: “We’re proud and excited to be launching Everyday. It offers our customers timeless wardrobe staples for the whole family as well as a brilliant mix of essentials and finishing touches for their homes.
“As the cost of living continues to rise, we know value for money matters more than ever to our customers. That’s why we plan to grow the Everyday collection, adding hundreds more lines of great quality fashion and home products at affordable prices over the next few months.”
