STOCKHOLM – Swedish textile recycling company Renewcell is to shed a quarter of its workforce as part of a restructuring intended to reduce its cost base. The business, which has struggled with sluggish sales in recent months, says it will decrease its workforce by just over 30 people, leading to a reduction of personnel and other operating costs of around 35 SEKm (£2.7m) per annum when finalised.
