BAVARIA – Kelheim Fibres has said it will close on 31 March 2026 after failing to secure a viable path through its restructuring process. The German speciality viscose producer said an investor and sales process run as part of its self -administration did not deliver an outcome that would allow the company to continue. It added that a strategic investor that had most recently entered the process withdrew “at short notice.”
