STOCKHOLM – Fast fashion giant H&M is in a stand-off with the Norwegian authorities after refusing to provide figures on how many tons of unsold clothing they are left with on the Norwegian market. The Norwegian Board of Appeal for Environmental Information says H&M is obliged to disclose this information following a complaint from the Consumer Council and The Future in Our Hands.
