AMSTERDAM – Fast fast fashion purchasing practices are worsening in the EU, a new report claims. Researchers uncovered a trend of lowering prices, shortening lead times, increasing order changes, lengthening payment terms, and increasing shares of “hidden” costs. These issues have all become worse since the Covid-19 pandemic amid heightened economic uncertainty.
